Core technology

Compounding technology stack

Nine technology axes supporting our PA66 / PA6 / PA46 / CFRTP / PC-ABS / antibacterial product lines. Each technology is accompanied by full test data and UL Yellow Card / COA documentation.

Long-glass-fiber reinforcement (LFT)

Long-glass-fiber composite technology with 4–12 mm fiber retention, benchmarked to Sabic Stamax. Used in battery pack upper covers, bumper frames, front-end modules and other large structural parts — 35–60% weight reduction.

Typical applications
  • EV battery pack upper cover
  • Bumper frame
  • Front-end module
  • HSR seat frame
Benchmarked to Sabic Stamax · Celanese Celstran

CFRTP continuous-fiber thermoplastic

Continuous carbon-fiber / glass-fiber composite process with designable plies, remeltable and recyclable. Specific strength 4× higher than steel, IP67 sealed, aligned with EU recycled-content quotas.

Typical applications
  • Battery pack bracket
  • Body structural parts
  • Aerospace auxiliary structures
Replacement for imported European / US CFRTP semi-finished

Micro-foam-injection-compatible formulations

Compound systems optimized for MuCell and similar micro-foaming processes. Achieve 10–20% additional weight reduction with no silver streaks, compatible with integrated die-casting workflows.

Typical applications
  • Door inner panel
  • Instrument panel frame
  • Interior structural parts
Trexel MuCell process compatible

Flame retardant modification (halogen-free V-0)

Halogen-free flame retardant PA66 / PC / PC-ABS formulations passing UL 94 V-0 at 0.4–0.8 mm thin walls. Aligned with battery thermal-runaway propagation standard GB 38031 and EU PFAS restrictions.

Typical applications
  • Battery pack structural parts
  • HV connectors
  • EV charger housings
  • HSR interior parts
UL Yellow Card · customer card-number filing supported

Low-temperature toughening

Low-temperature toughened high-viscosity PA66 / PA6 formulations — notched impact at -40 °C without brittle fracture. For cold regions, polar and high-speed heavy-haul equipment.

Typical applications
  • Cold-region rail fasteners
  • Northern wind blade auxiliaries
  • Polar equipment structural parts
Meets CARS -40 °C impact standard

Basalt / carbon-fiber reinforced polyamide

Frontier R&D direction — basalt and carbon-fiber reinforced PA66 / PA46 systems. Lower density and higher stiffness vs. glass fiber, aligned with ESG and sustainable manufacturing.

Typical applications
  • Next-gen structural parts
  • Aerospace auxiliary parts
  • High-end sports equipment

Antibacterial modification (inorganic silver / zinc / hybrid)

Masterbatch systems with inorganic silver-ion, zinc-ion or plant-extract antibacterial agents, compatible with PP, ABS, PC and PA compounds. ≥ 99% bacteriostasis (GB/T 31402 / ISO 22196), 5+ year life, wash-resistant, non-migrating, non-discoloring, FDA food-contact compliant.

Typical applications
  • Appliance housings and buttons
  • Medical device housings
  • Sanitary / baby products
  • Food-contact parts and kitchenware
Benchmarked to Microban / BIO-FENCE international antibacterial brands

Thermally conductive insulating system

Thermally conductive modified polymer systems with thermal conductivity tunable from 1–5 W/m·K while maintaining electrical insulation strength. For motor insulation, e-control thermal management and 800V HV components.

Typical applications
  • Motor insulation cover
  • E-control thermal module
  • 800V connectors
Benchmarked to DuPont Zytel HTN · DSM Stanyl series

Solid-state battery compatible materials (in development)

Material reserves for next-generation solid-state battery insulation and separator layers — long-term thermal stability ≥ 200 °C, dielectric strength 30 kV/mm+.

Typical applications
  • Solid-state battery housings and separators
  • HV thermal management components
