1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of himingcsii.com (the "Site"), operated by Himing New Material (Zhongshan CSII) Co., LTD. ("Himing CSII", "we" or "us"). By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

These Terms govern Site usage only. Specific supply relationships, OEM/ODM projects, sampling programs and purchase orders are governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties.

2. Eligible users

The Site serves B2B customers — OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, rail-transit OEMs, railway construction bureaus, injection-molding factories, and related procurement and R&D staff aged 18 or above. The Site does not sell to end consumers directly.

When submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of your company.

3. Site content

Product descriptions, typical grades, performance parameters, benchmark grades, minimum order quantities and lead times are reference information only. Binding commercial terms are issued by our sales team in a written quote specific to your project.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all specifications and inventory information are correct or current at any given time.

Blog articles, technical insights and benchmark analyses are educational content based on public research and manufacturing experience — they do not constitute regulatory, medical or investment advice.

4. Intellectual property

The design, code, product photos, copy, Himing CSII trademarks and identifiers on the Site belong to Himing CSII or its licensors and are protected by PRC Copyright Law, Trademark Law and applicable international conventions.

You may share Site URLs and may quote limited content for internal evaluation or journalistic reporting purposes with attribution. Without written consent, reproduction, scraping, mirroring, use for AI model training or republication of Site content is prohibited.

When you submit text, images or project documents through forms or email, you confirm you have the right to share the materials and grant Himing CSII a limited license to use them as necessary to respond to your inquiry.

5. Inquiries, quotes and samples

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding offer or contract. Binding supply relationships are formed only upon signing a written quote, purchase order or master supply agreement.

Sample fees, sample lead times and MOQs are confirmed per project in writing. Indicative figures on the Site may vary based on formulation complexity, packaging choices and target-market regulatory requirements.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information through Site forms; (b) attempt unauthorized access to Site systems, databases or APIs; (c) use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy Site content at scale; (d) interfere with the Site or other users; (e) use the Site and its content to develop competing product catalogs or comparison products.

7. AI chat assistant

The AI technical assistant on the Site is designed to help you quickly find product information and submit inquiries. Its answers are generated by a third-party large-language model and may contain errors. Do not rely on AI answers as final basis for regulatory, formulation or pricing decisions; all official information is confirmed in writing by our sales team.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party platforms (e.g., Alibaba storefronts). Himing CSII is not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of such third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Himing CSII makes no express or implied warranties regarding Site content and availability, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

This disclaimer applies to the Site only; specific product quality warranties are governed by the relevant supply contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Himing CSII and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

The total aggregate liability for direct damages arising from Site use is capped at CNY 1,000. This clause does not exclude liability for fraud, negligence causing personal injury, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict-of-laws principles). Disputes arising from Site use shall first be addressed through friendly negotiation; failing resolution, they shall be submitted to the People's Court of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page for at least 14 days. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
